- The 3-rooms apartments price shall start from 1,564,000 EGP up to 1,713,500 EGP.
- The 4-bedrooms apartments price shall start from 2,035,500 EGP.
- The 5-bedrooms apartments price shall start from 2,242,500 EGP.
- As for the apartments consisting of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with price starting from 3,139,500 up to 3,335,000 EGP.
Akam compound Payment
AKAM has not only relied on the development of prices suitable for everyone, but has sought to provide a variety of payment systems to suit all the needs of all customers wishing to purchase residential units within the compound, which consisted of:
- The first system has 0% down payments, and the payment was limited to the installment system over a period of five years, and the second system is paying 5% as a downpayment, 10% at the end of the year, with the rest of the outstanding amount in installments over 6 years.
- The third system is a 10% downpayment, the rest of the amount is paid over a period of 7 years, and the fourth system is to pay 15% downpayment, with the rest being divided over 8 years.
- For the fifth system, a downpayment of 20% is paid, and the rest of the amount over 9 years, and the last system, 25% down payment, and then a 10-year installment system.
